| 1 | Q. Are there membership fees? A. There are no membership fees, however you must subscribe or purchase tokens to use certain features of the platform. |
| 2 | Q. How many services can I offer in my profile? A. You can offer a maximum of 10 services at a time. If, however, you do not have an RBQ license and the type of service you offer falls within the RBQ exclusions, then you will only be able to offer that service. |

| 4 | Q. How do I know if there are projects available for me? A. The projects that you are able to undertake appear in the "project" section of your contractor account. |
| 5 | Q. Do I get notified when a project is available? A. Contractors receive a message indicating the availability of a new project within a 100 km radius, if they offer such a service. An email is also sent. |
| 6 | Q. How do I apply on a project? A. Are you interested in a project? You can, against the number of credit tokens indicated, apply to this project. This is an opportunity to stand out and possibly win the contract. You can also buy a plan that allows you to apply on all the projects that interest you. Learn more about how it works. |
| 7 | Q. How do I get credit tokens or purchase a plan to apply for projects or post job offers? A. Credit tokens and plans can be purchased at the Rénobec store available from your contractor account. |
| 8 | Q. How can I post a job offer or access the candidate database? A. From your contractor account, access the “Job Offer Manager” to publish a job offer or access the “Candidate database” to view the list of candidates in the main menu. |
