The project number is a unique identifier.
The publication date is the date the project is put online.
A project remains active for a maximum of 60 days.
You can receive a maximum of 3 responses for a project.
You can edit the project or view the different contractors who have applied on it.
Projects expire after 60 days of posting or when 3 contractors have applied on them.
